The science behind sound
Sound research has shown that specific tones, frequencies and sequences of sound, as well as certain placements of sound on and around the body, can entrain the mind & body to potentiate an accelerated healing response. Through traditional principles of sound medicine, sound transitions the mind into brain-wave states conducive to relaxed focus & meditation, including dream-like or lightning bolt ‘ah-ha!’ moments, transcendental states, and states of deep healing and rejuvenation. The body is also comprised of up to 70% water, where water physically vibrates with sound and alters in structure. With specific healing frequencies of sound—the biochemistry of the organs, glands and systems shift at the cellular level, bringing restoration of the mind and body to its natural, balanced state.

About Sally Minh
Sally Minh infuses pure, primal consciousness with the traditional ancient practice of Tibetan-Himalayan singing bowl sound healing. Listeners are cocooned within a sacred, safe space, immersed into layers of various tones and sounds. In this space, transcendental states of self-discovery are achieved, where there is connection with the inner-sanctuary of the Self. Many Listeners experience deep insights, wisdom and bliss states of healing and transformation. Psychedelic-like states and physical, emotional, mental and spiritual healing have been reported by many listeners.
Sally Minh studied with sound healing masters in Kathmandu & Bali. Her professional studies include Classical Tibetan-Himalayan Singing Bowls, Sound Healing & Meditation, and West African drumming & dance, with events in the U.S. and internationally. Sally’s professional background encompasses both western and esoteric science and medicine.
Sally Minh’s sound healing and musicianship spans over 15 years, including concert piano and professional sound healing and Ghanaian drumming, dance events.
What to Expect
An empowered alchemy takes place, where old ways of thinking and being are transmuted by the vibration and energy of sound healing with mindfulness, self-love, and compassion.
